The Centri Clean units spin cartridges at up to 3000rpm to completely flush a cartridge from the inside out. Cartridges can be loaded as is, or injected with De mineralised water (about $3.50 for 5 Litres) or Head cleaning fluid to give a complete flush out / clean. Best practice in filling is to clean every cartridge and flush out whatever matereials remain inside before filling. Proper cleaning decreases the failure rate resulting in customer retension and increased profits. The system will also recover cross contaminated cartridges and turn the majority of that pile of returns sitting in the back of the shop into working cartridges ready for sale. Trash into treasure.
